aunty a's easy chocolate fudge
This is a very old fudge recipe. I remember my Aunt bringing this to my families home almost every Christmas. Some things you just yearn for years later. I was lucky that my sister had my Aunt's recipe. It is so easy to make. All you need to do is time it. I thought I would share this heirloom recipe with you all. It is a delicious old fashioned fudge. Enjoy!

Ingredients
- 12 ounces can evaporated milk
- 2 pounds (2 one pound boxes ) powdered sugar. about 8 cups
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1/3 cup marshmallow fluff
- 2 cups semi sweet chocolate chips
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup chopped nuts
How To Make aunty a's easy chocolate fudge

Step 1Foil line an 8" or smaller square pan. In a saucepan mix the powdered sugar, evaporated milk. And butter together. Bring to a boil while stirring.

Step 2When mixture starts to boil. Set timer for 4 minutes. Constantly stir for 4 minutes. Turn heat off. Mix in the marshmallow, and chocolate chips.

Step 3Mix until it thickens. stir in the vanilla and nuts. Pour in to a buttered foil lined pan. Refrigerate until set and hardened. Cut in to squares.
