Ingredients

  • 4 oz
    semi sweet chocolate, broken into pieces
  • 2 Tbsp
    honey
  • 2/3 c
    no soak, dried apricots, chopped
  • 1/2 c
    blanched almonds, chopped

How to Make Apricot and Almond Clusters

Step-by-Step

  1. Place the chocolate and honey in a bowl and set over a pan of gently simmering water until the chocolate has melted. Stir in the apricots and almonds.
  2. Drop teaspoonfuls into mini muffin cups and let set for 2 to 4 hours, or until firm.
