semi sweet chocolate, broken into pieces
2 Tbsp
2/3 c
no soak, dried apricots, chopped
1/2 c
blanched almonds, chopped

How to Make Apricot and Almond Clusters


  • 1Place the chocolate and honey in a bowl and set over a pan of gently simmering water until the chocolate has melted. Stir in the apricots and almonds.
  • 2Drop teaspoonfuls into mini muffin cups and let set for 2 to 4 hours, or until firm.
