This is very easy and yummy candy. Very much like the apple and apricot candy that you buy at Christmas.

Ingredients For apple candy

1 Tbspplain gelatin

1/2 ccold applesauce

3/4 capplesauce

2 csugar
-
1 tspvanilla

1 cchopped walnuts
How To Make apple candy

1Mix the gelatin with the 1/2 Cup Cold Applesauce.

2In a saucepan, combine the 3/4 Cup Applesauce with the 2 Cups of Sugar and boil for 10 minutes.

3Add the gelatin mixture and simmer 15 minutes longer, stirring constantly.

4Remove from heat, add the nuts and vanilla.

5Pour into a buttered 9-inch square pan. Refrigerate 4 hours or overnight. Cut into 1-inch squares and roll in powdered sugar to coat.
