Ingredients
- APLETS
- 2 cups apple pulp
- 2 cups granulated sugar
- 1 cup chopped walnuts
- 2 tablespoons unflavored gelatin
- 8 tablespoons cold water
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
How To Make aplets

Step 1Wash apples and cut in small pieces without peeling. Cook in enough water to keep them from burning until tender. Put through a sieve. Soak gelatin in cold water. Cook apples pulp and sugar until very thick. Stir constantly. Remove from heat, add gelatin and stir until dissolved, Add nuts and lemon juice. Pour in shallow pan to cool. When set, cut in rectangular pieces and roll in powdered sugar.
