- FOR FILLING
- 1/4 cup almond butter
- 1 teaspoon honey
- FOR CHOCOLATE COATING
- 5/8 teaspoon coconut oil
- 2/3 cup semisweet chocolate
How To Make almond butter cups

Step 1To Make Filling: In a bowl stir together the almond butter and honey.

Step 2To make chocolate coating: Melt the chocolate and oil together in a double boiler. Stir until smooth.

Step 3Spoon a tablespoon of melted chocolate in paper-lined muffin cup.

Step 4Use the tip of a spoon to push some of the chocolate up the sides of the liner.

Step 5Spoon 1 tablespoon of the almond butter into each cup. Gently press down.

Step 6Spoon a tablespoon of melted chocolate over the almond butter. Cover the almond butter completely.

Step 7Place in refrigerator for an hour to set.
