I was meeting a friend and wanted to make them some goodies but had no groceries to bake and also VERY little time...so i raided my pantry and invented this! its got all the nuts- peanuts, almonds, walnuts, and coconut! easy easy easy and so yummey! (really good frozen). Feel free to experiment- do different types of chocolate, add other nuts (pecans, pistachios, etc).

Ingredients

  • 1 package choclate chips (i used milk chocolate)
  • - almonds
  • - walnuts
  • - peanuts (salted)
  • - sweetned coconut shavings
  • 1 cup powdered sugar (approx)
  • 1 tablespoon milk (approx)
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

How To Make all the nuts chocolate brittle

  • Step 1
lay wax paper on small cookie sheet.
  • Step 2
in a bowl, combine nuts and a little bit of coconut. Y'all know me- i don't measure things, so just add as many as you'd like!
  • Step 3
melt chocolate chips in a saucepan. Once melted, pour into bowl with nuts.
  • Step 4
spread onto pant, and sprinkle more coconut on top
  • Step 5
put in freezer. Once frozen, lightly glaze: to make glaze, combine sugar, milk, and vanilla in a bowl until you get a glaze consistency. may need to add more milk or sugar to your taste.
  • Step 6
put back in freezer until ready to break into pieces. I served mine in mason jars with a little rope bow!
