it ain't quick, it ain't easy, in fact it's a bother, but it is delicious and really pretty.

Ingredients
- 1 cup evaporated milk
- 2 cups sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 cup butter
- 12 oz packages peanut butter morsels
- 1/2 cup firmly packed brown sugar
- 6 tablespoons butter
- 1/2 cup corn syrup
- 2 cups sifted powdered sugar
- 1 cup chopped walnuts
How To Make ali's peanut butter cloud fudge

Step 1In heavy saucepan combine evap. milk, sugar, salt and butter. Bring TO A BOIL over moderate heat. Boil 8 minutes, stirring constantly. (A drag, but worth it.)

Step 2Remove from heat; add peanut butter morsels. Stir until morsels melt and mixture is smooth. Spread into foil-lined 9" square pan. Chill 30 minutes.

Step 3In heavy saucepan, combine brown sugar, butter and corn syrup; stir until smooth. Bring TO A BOIL; remove from heat. Add powdered sugar and walnuts; stir until well blended.

Step 4Spread over peanut butter fudge layer. Chill about 2 hours, or until firm.

Step 5It's so pretty, especially if you serve with regular chocolate fudge. Nice variety.
