Ingredients For 5 pounds of fudge

  • 5 c
    sugar
  • 13 oz
    evaporated milk
  • 1 stick
    margarine
  • 12 oz
    marshmallow cream
  • 1 tsp
    salt
  • 24 oz
    chocolate chips
  • 1-2 c
    chopped nuts
  • 1 tsp
    vanilla extract

How To Make 5 pounds of fudge

    Mix first 5 ingredients in large saucepan and boil 5-6 minutes stirring constantly. Remove from heat.

    Add chips,nuts and vanilla.

    Mix until well blended and pour into two 9x9 inch buttered pans. Cool before cutting.
