2 Tbsp
2/3 c
evaporated milk
1 2/3 c
1/2 tsp
1 1/2 c
9 oz
chocolate chips
1 Tbsp
1/2 c
nuts (optional)

How to Make 5 minute fudge


  • 1Combine butter, milk, salt and sugar in saucepan.Cook over medium heat and cook 4 to 5 minutes stirring constantly until reaches a soft ball stage. Remove from heat, stir in marshmallows, chocolate chips and vanilla. Add nuts if desired.
  • 2Stir vigorously for 1 minute until it loses its gloss and starts to thicken.
  • 3Pout into a greased pan and allow to cool.
