My Mom gave me this recipe years ago. Whenever I make it...everyone loves it. I admit...it's an expensive recipe...so I don't make this all the time. Just for special occasions. :)

How to Make 3 Chocolate Fudge

  • 1Bring first 4 ingredients to a boil on medium heat. Once it's at a boil...stir constantly with a wooden spoon for exactly 5 minutes...then take it off the burner.
  • 2One by one...add all remaining ingredients in that order. Don't add another ingredient, until the other has melted all the way first.
  • 3Pour in greased 16x9 pyrex dish and chill several hours.
  • 4You'll need some muscle to cut up the fudge into pieces. After you've cut them into pieces...it's best to store it in the refrigerater...as they tend to melt a little if you don't. Enjoy! :)
