My Mom gave me this recipe years ago. Whenever I make it...everyone loves it. I admit...it's an expensive recipe...so I don't make this all the time. Just for special occasions. :)

Ingredients For 3 chocolate fudge

  • 3 1/3 c
    sugar
  • 1 c
    butter
  • 1 c
    packed dark brown sugar
  • 1 c
    evaporated milk
  • 32
    large marshmellows (halved)
  • 2 c
    semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • (2) 7 oz
    hersey candy bars (no almonds)
  • 2 oz
    semi-sweet baking chocolate
  • 1 tsp
    vanilla
  • 2 c
    nuts (chopped)

How To Make 3 chocolate fudge

  • 1
    Bring first 4 ingredients to a boil on medium heat. Once it's at a boil...stir constantly with a wooden spoon for exactly 5 minutes...then take it off the burner.

    One by one...add all remaining ingredients in that order. Don't add another ingredient, until the other has melted all the way first.

    Pour in greased 16x9 pyrex dish and chill several hours.

    You'll need some muscle to cut up the fudge into pieces. After you've cut them into pieces...it's best to store it in the refrigerater...as they tend to melt a little if you don't. Enjoy! :)
