4 1/2 csugar
1 can(s)canned milk (evaporated)
2squares bittersweet chocolate
1 pkgchocolate chips
2hershey's chocolate bars (regular size)
1cube of butter or oleo
2 cchopped nuts (your choice)
How to Make 3-Chocolate Fudge
- Heat sugar and canned milk in heavy sauce pan. Stir until sugar is dissolved and mixture comes to a boil. Boil 12 minutes after sugar dissolves.
- Place bittersweet chocolate, chocolate chips, chocolate bars and butter in large heat resistant bowl. Pour hot milk/sugar syrup over the chocolate and butter. Stir well to dissolve the ingredients. Add chopped nuts and vanilla. Stir just until blended.
- Pour into large buttered pan (or pan lined with buttered foil) and let cool until set, then cut into squares.
(Makes approx 5 pounds fudge)
