My Girl Scouts made this fudge in all kinds of flavors one year as a Mothers day treat. The moms LOVED it so much they were BEGGING the girls for the recipe! The moms didnt believe it was made with chocolate chips and canned frosting!
1Line an 8x8 pan with parchment paper or alum foil. Set aside.
Place choclate chips in a glass bowl and microwave for 1min. Stir, microwave for 10 seconds stirring after each time until all the chips are melted.
2Remove top and foil lining from frosting conatiner. Microwave 30 seonds, stir. Pour into chocolate chips and stir quickly to combined. Spread into pan, and chill for at least 2hrs. Cut into pcs and enjoy.
PEANUT BUTTER - PB chips, chocolate frosting, 1/4c dark choco chips
ALMOND JOY - Dark Chocolate chips and Coconut Pecan frosting.
BLACK FOREST - Cherry flavored Chocolate chips and chocolate frosting.
OREO FUDGE - White chocolate chips, chocolate frosting, crushed oreos
CINNABUN - Cinnamon flavored chips with with frosting.
CREME DE MENTHE - unwrapped andes mints and chocolate frosting.
