1Line a baking sheet with foil and lightly grease (I spray pan with Crisco),set aside. Combine sugar and water in medium sauce pan, bring to a boil over medium-high heat, stirring constantly. Reduce heat to medium. Combine cinnamon, all spice, and nutmeg in small bowel. Add spice mixture to sugar mixture, mix well. Continue stirring about 5 minutes, add vanilla and nuts. Immediately pour onto pan. Cool 5 minutes and pull nuts apart into individual pieces. Cool completely.
