It's that time of the year again for the gardeners to pull the zucchini out and share. This recipe was one of the favorites around the neighborhood.

Ingredients
- 3 - eggs
- 1 cup oil
- 2 cups sugar
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
How To Make zucchini & pineapple cake

Step 1Beat the above ingredients until frothy.

Step 2Add: 2 cups grated zucchini 1 cup pineapple, crushed

Step 3Mix the dry ingredients: 3 cups flour 1/2 tsp. baking powder 2 tsp. soda 1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon 3/4 tsp nutmeg 1 cup chopped nuts, (optional) Add Raisins if desired. 1 tsp salt

Step 4I usually use a bundt pan for this, but it can be a round 8-9 inch pan also. Spray or grease the inside of the pan. Then pour your batter in. Preheat the oven to 350 and bake 1 hour, or until the center is dry
