Ingredients
- CRUMB TOPPING
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- CAKE
- 1 1/2 cups flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 cup butter, melted and cooled
- 1/3 cup brown sugar
- 1/3 cup granulated sugar
- 1 - egg
- 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla
- 1 cup zucchini, shredded
How To Make zucchini crumb cake

Step 1Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray brownie pan with cooking spray.

Step 2Make Crumb Topping: With fork, mix flour, brown sugar and cinnamon together.

Step 3Mix in the melted butter until crumbly.

Step 4Make the cake: Whisk flour, baking powder, baking soda and cinnamon together.

Step 5Whisk together butter, brown sugar, granulated sugar, egg and vanilla.

Step 6Whisk shredded zucchini into wet ingredients.

Step 7Pour the wet ingredients into the dry and mix until combined.

Step 8Pour batter into the brownie pan.

Step 9Sprinkle crumb topping on to.

Step 10Bake 22-25 minutes.

Step 11Cool completely before removing from pan.
