Ingredients
- 1/2 cup wesson oil
- 1/2 cup margarine
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon soda (added to milk)
- 1 3/4 cups sugar
- 2 cups grated zuchinni
- 2 1/2 cups flour
- 2 - eggs
- 4 tablespoons cocoa, unsweetened
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1/2 package chocolate chips
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
How To Make zucchine chocolate chip cake

Step 1Mix sugar, oil and margarine, add eggs & vanilla. Mix together dry ingredients,add to egg mix. adding sour milk,alternatly ending with dry ing. fold in zuchinni. Pour into a Floured and greased 9 x 13 pan top with choc chips. Bake at 325* 40-45 Min. I use a lot of chips as they sink into the cake.

Step 2oops!! I forgot to add 1 cup of chopped walnuts in my recipe. Add to batter before putting in pan.
