Ingredients
- 3/4 cup cocoa, unsweetened
- 4 cups confectioners' sugar
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup evaporated milk

Step 1Mix in large bowl the first four ingredients, add milk and beat to disired spreading consistency; additional milk may be added if required.
