What a great way to brush away the blues when something has disappointed you or broke your heart- these little babies will perk you right up and help you forget your troubles.
Ingredients

BATTER:

2 call purpose flour

2 cgranulated sugar

1 cmargarine
-
1/2 cunsweetened baking cocoa
-
1 cwater
-
2 largeeggs
-
1 tspbaking soda
-
1/2 cbuttermilk
-
1 tspvanilla extract
-
FUDGE FROSTING:
-
1/2 cmargarine
-
1/4 cunsweetened baking cocoa
-
1/3 cmilk
-
1 lbbox powdered sugar
-
1 cchopped pecans
How to Make You Broke My Heart Cupcakes
- Preheat oven to 350^. Prepare 2 cupcake pans (12 cups each pan) Line each cup with paper liners. Set aside.

For the Batter:
Mix together the sugar and margarine in a large mixer bowl, beating until fluffy. Add eggs one at a time beating well after each addition. - Combine the water, buttermilk and vanilla in a 2 cup measuring cup.
Combine the cocoa, flour and baking soda together.
Add flour mixture alternately with the buttermilk mixture, ending with the flour mixture. Mix well. - Fill cupcake liners equally with the batter and bake for 12-15 minutes. Cool in pans for about 10 minutes then remove to wire rack to frost.
- Fudge Frosting:
During the last 5 minutes of baking time for the cupcakes. Combine ingredients in a saucepan and heat until boiling and boil for 1 minute, stirring constantly. Using a soup spoon, spoon the hot fudgy frosting equally over each cupcake. Very Fudgy and you will forget your blues as you eat away the pain and sorrow....BE HAPPY DON'T WORRY!
