  prepare icing, soften cream cheese, than in a mixing bowl add cream cheese and fold in powder sugar, if you want a creamer icing add 1/2 cup of heavy cream. after you let the cupcakes cool and the icing is ready add to cupcakes, garnishes with fresh strawberries.
