CREAM CHEESE FROSTING

1/2 cbutter ,softened

1 pkg8 oz cream cheese

1 pkg16 oz. powdered sugar

2 tspgrated orange peel

1 tspvanilla
How to Make World's Best Carrot Cake
- Combined first 6 ingredients in a medium bowl ,set aside
- Combine sugars, buttermilk, vegetable oil. eggs and vanilla in a large bowl;stir until well blended.(I use my kitchen aid for blending)
- Add flour mixture, carrots, pineapple, walnuts,coconut and raisins,stirring until well blended
- Grease 3 (8 inch) I used (9") round cake pans. Line bottoms with circles of parchment or waxed paper, grease and flour paper. Pour batter into pans
- Bake 350 F. for 30 minutes or until wooden toothpick comes out clean
- cool in pans for 10 minutes, then invert onto wire racks and let cool completely, first remove paper.
- Spread cream cheese between layers, and refrigerate over night
