I practically had to sell my soul to get this recipe from my daughter's friend. It is definitely one of the best crumb cakes ever!

Ingredients
- CAKE
- 1 box yellow cake mix
- 4 - eggs
- 1 cup water
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 1 box instant lemon pudding mix
- CRUMB TOPPING
- 2 cups flour
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 tablespoon cinnamon
- 1 cup butter, room temperature
- - confectioners' sugar for dusting
How To Make thea’s crumb cake

Step 1Preheat oven to 350. Grease and flour 13x9" pan.

Step 2In a large bowl, beat the eggs. Add the remaining ingredients and mix on low speed until combined. I usually add a couple of drops of lemon oil, too. Increase to high speed and beat for additional 2 minutes. Pour into prepared pan. Bake for 30 minutes.

Step 3While the cake is baking, prepare crumb topping by combining flour, sugar and cinnamon. Add butter and mix well by hand. (I use my hands to do this-a little messy but effective.)

Step 4Crumble this mixture over the cake and bake for an additional 10 minutes. When cake is cool, dust with confectioners sugar.
