Ingredients
- 1 pound brazil nuts
- 2 pounds walnuts
- 1 pound dates, chopped
- 1 cup candied cherries
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup flour
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 4 - eggs, seperated
- 4 tablespoons whiskey or rum
How To Make white fruit cake

Step 1Beat egg yolks and sugar.

Step 2Add whiskey.

Step 3Sift 1/2 cup flour over nuts and fruits.

Step 4Add remaining flour and baking powder to egg and sugar mixture. Mix together.

Step 5Add beaten egg whites last.

Step 6Bake in tube pan lined with waxpaper.

Step 7Bake 275 degrees for 1 1/2 hours.
