I saw this recipe and decided to try it as I have some of my good quality white chocolate left. These take little preparation and are quite tasty.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup unsalted butter, no substitutes
  • 2/3 pound white chocolate, broken into pieces
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla
  • 4 large eggs
  • 2 cups a/p flour
  • 1 cup coarsely chopped pecans

How To Make white chocolate pecan brownies - steph

  • Step 1
325 degree oven. Line a 9 x 13" pan, including sides, with foil. Lightly grease the foil. Set aside.
  • Step 2
In microwave or double boiler, set over low heat, melt butter and white chocolate until smooth. Remove from heat and stir in sugar and vanilla.
  • Step 3
Beat eggs lightly and add to chocolate mixture. Add flour and nuts; stir until just combined. Pour batter into prepared pan. Bake for 30 - 35 minutes or until a pale golden color. Remove from oven and cool in pan. Using sides of foil as guide, lift brownies out of pan and peel away the foil. Cut into squares. Yields 24 - 32 brownies, depending on size. ENJOY!
