Ingredients
- 1 box white cake mix
- 2 boxes instant white chocolate pudding
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 4 - eggs
- 1/2 cup warm water
- 1 cup mini reeses white chocolate peanut butter cups
- GLAZE
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 cup white chocolate chips
How To Make white chocolate peanut butter cake

Step 1Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

Step 2Combine first 7 ingredients and mix with a mixer until combined. Do not over mix, but make sure all dry ingredients and wet ingredients are well combined. Then mix in mini peanut butter cups by hand.

Step 3Spoon batter into 2 loaf pans or a bundt cake pan that has been sprayed with non-stick cooking spray.

Step 4Bake for 50-55 minutes or until toothpick inserted into cake comes out clean. Remove from oven and allow to cool on a wire rack. Remove from pan and top with white chocolate glaze if desired.

Step 5For white chocolate glaze - In a large microwave safe bowl (glass works best) combine chopped chocolate and milk. Microwave for 30 seconds, remove from microwave and stir well. Return to microwave for another 15 seconds. Remove from microwave and whisk together until smooth (stirring will help melt chocolate. Spoon or pour over cake. Can also melt on small sauce pan on stove.
