White Chocolate Bark
LaWanda uses Wilton candy melts (which has a good flavor) or you could use white chocolate morsels.
How to Make White Chocolate Bark
- Line a 13 by 9-inch cookie sheet with waxed paper,or Silpat . Melt all but 1/4 cup of chocolate in microwave on medium power for 2 minutes, stirring every 30 seconds, or until smooth. Add remaining 1/4 c chocolate,stir well .Pour chocolate onto prepared sheet and spread to cool.
Place nuts in a plastic bag and crush, using a rolling pin. Press nuts into melted chocolate. Refrigerate for 30 minutes, or until chocolate is firm. Remove waxed paper from chocolate. Break into bite-size pieces.
