    butter, melted
  • 1 c
    brown sugar
  • 1
    egg
  • 1 tsp
    vanilla extract
  • 1/8 tsp
    salt
  • 1 c
    flour
  • 1 c
    white chocolate chips divided
  • 1/2 c
    caramel chips

How to Make White Chocolate And Caramel Blondies

Step-by-Step

  1. Preheat oven to 350. Grease a 8x8 pan. Beat together the butter and brown sugar until smooth in a large bowl. Add egg and vanilla and mix well.
  2. In a separate bowl sift together the salt and flour. Add the flour mixture to the butter mixture and mix well.
  3. Stir in caramel bits and 1/2 cup of the white chocolate chips. Pour into the pan and bake for 25-28 minutes.
  4. Once the blondies are done and cooled melt remaining white chocolate chips in a microwave safe bowl. Drizzle blondies and serve.
