Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1 - egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips divided
  • 1/2 cup caramel chips

How To Make white chocolate and caramel blondies

  • Step 1
    Preheat oven to 350. Grease a 8x8 pan. Beat together the butter and brown sugar until smooth in a large bowl. Add egg and vanilla and mix well.
  • Step 2
    In a separate bowl sift together the salt and flour. Add the flour mixture to the butter mixture and mix well.
  • Step 3
    Stir in caramel bits and 1/2 cup of the white chocolate chips. Pour into the pan and bake for 25-28 minutes.
  • Step 4
    Once the blondies are done and cooled melt remaining white chocolate chips in a microwave safe bowl. Drizzle blondies and serve.
