Ingredients

  • 12 ounces white chocolate - chopped
  • 1 cup unsalted butter
  • 3 - eggs
  • 3/4 cup flour
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1/2 cup slivered almonds

How To Make white chocolate and almond brownies

  • Step 1
    Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
  • Step 2
    Grease and flour 9\" square pan.
  • Step 3
    Melt chocolate and butter in large saucepan over low heat, stirring constantly (do not be concerned if the white chcolate separates).
  • Step 4
    Remove from heat when chocolate is just melted.
  • Step 5
    With electric mixer, beat in eggs until mixture is smooth.
  • Step 6
    Beat in flour and vanilla.
  • Step 7
    Spread batter evenly in prepared pan.
  • Step 8
    Sprinkle almonds evenly over the top.
  • Step 9
    Bake 30-35 minutes or just until set in center.
  • Step 10
    Cool completely in pan on wire rack and cut into 2\" squares.
