white chocolate - chopped
1 c
unsalted butter
3/4 c
1 tsp
1/2 c
slivered almonds

How to Make White Chocolate And Almond Brownies


  • 1Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
  • 2Grease and flour 9" square pan.
  • 3Melt chocolate and butter in large saucepan over low heat, stirring constantly (do not be concerned if the white chcolate separates).
  • 4Remove from heat when chocolate is just melted.
  • 5With electric mixer, beat in eggs until mixture is smooth.
  • 6Beat in flour and vanilla.
  • 7Spread batter evenly in prepared pan.
  • 8Sprinkle almonds evenly over the top.
  • 9Bake 30-35 minutes or just until set in center.
  • 10Cool completely in pan on wire rack and cut into 2" squares.
