whippy cream iceing
I got this from my sister Sandy over a year ago. It has became one of our favorit iceing on all types of cakes from simple, to elegant cake. The basic recipe is wonderful by it"s self, so creamy and easy, and will frost a 3 layer cake and have more than enough for the filling as well. I have added other flavors by using extracts like almond, ect. You can chop up fruit like peaches, pineapple ( drained of juice) to make a great filling for cakes. I also have iced the cake and just put coconut on it for a cocount cake. You can dress it up as you wish. This is the best iceing you will ever have.

Ingredients
- 1 package 8 oz philadelphia cream cheese softened
- 1 cup powdere sugar
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 16 ounces one large cool whip
How To Make whippy cream iceing

Step 1make ahead of time your choice of cake needing 3 layers.there is plenty of this iceing , so make each layer as thick as the cake layers.

Step 2cream together the philadelphia cream cheese, with the suges for 2-3 minutes.

Step 3Add the cool whip , half of the tub at a time until well mixed together with the cream cheese mixture.

Step 4Ice your 3-layer cake , there is plenty of iceing for all 3 layers and to cover the cake.

Step 5Make chocolate curls on top of the cake and keep in the refreg until ready to serve.
