I got this from my sister Sandy over a year ago. It has became one of our favorit iceing on all types of cakes from simple, to elegant cake. The basic recipe is wonderful by it"s self, so creamy and easy, and will frost a 3 layer cake and have more than enough for the filling as well. I have added other flavors by using extracts like almond, ect. You can chop up fruit like peaches, pineapple ( drained of juice) to make a great filling for cakes. I also have iced the cake and just put coconut on it for a cocount cake. You can dress it up as you wish. This is the best iceing you will ever have.
