A dear friend and former Dean of Students from my college days gave me this recipe. It is by far the tastiest pound cake I have ever eaten!

Ingredients

How to Make Whipping Cream Pound Cake

Step-by-Step

  1. Preheat oven to 300 degrees.
  2. Cream margarine and sugar.
  3. Add eggs one at a time, beating between.
  4. Alternate adding flour and whipping cream.
  5. After completely mixed, add vanilla.
  6. Bake for 1 1/2 hours at 300 degrees.
  7. As soon as removed from oven , turn out of pan and flip once so top side is up.
