A dear friend and former Dean of Students from my college days gave me this recipe. It is by far the tastiest pound cake I have ever eaten!

Ingredients
- 2 sticks margarine
- 3 cups sugar
- 3 cups plain flour (sifted)
- 6 - eggs
- 1/2 pint whipping cream
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
How To Make whipping cream pound cake

Step 1Preheat oven to 300 degrees.

Step 2Cream margarine and sugar.

Step 3Add eggs one at a time, beating between.

Step 4Alternate adding flour and whipping cream.

Step 5After completely mixed, add vanilla.

Step 6Bake for 1 1/2 hours at 300 degrees.

Step 7As soon as removed from oven , turn out of pan and flip once so top side is up.
