How to Make Whipped Pineapple Cake
- bake the cake in a loaf pan & allow to cool completely so you can take it out and cut it long ways in half. You will have a bottom & top this way.
- Mix the dried crushed pineapple with the cool whip.
- Pour 1/3 of mixture over the bottom part of the cake, cover with the top part of the cake & now frost the cake with the rest of the mixture. All over the top & 4 sides.
