1Measure everything to your needs, Depending on the size of the cake or drink ur planning on "icing"
2I usually use a cup to mix, its so simple you dont need a wisk but you can use one if you would like, I normally mix just using a spoon for about 10-15mins.
3Place a few spoonfuls ( i start with 3) of the instant coffee into the cup and double the amount of sugar (6 spoonfuls if you used 3 spoonfuls of coffee)mix them with a few drops of boiling water until they start making paste, continue adding water and other ingredients until you feel you have a good foam going. Then stop adding ingredients. Mix until a whipped cream substance is achieved.. Taste! Top! ENJOY!
