where did the marshmellows go cake

I had a bag of marshmellows and didn't no what to do with them. So I decided to put them in a cake mix.I thought they might be to heavy,so I pour some batter into bottom of cake pan,and added marshmellows cut in half and placed them into the batter,and poured the remaining batter on top,the marshmellows pop up to the top of the batter so I pushed them back down and covered with batter, and baked as is in the oven, the cake came out nice and golden in color, allowed to cool on wire rack, I cut a piece out to see what this cake would taste like, and to my surprise Where were the Marshmellows?

How To Make where did the marshmellows go cake

1Make cake as directed , spray bottom and sides of 9x13 pan, pour small about of batter into bottom of dish.. cut marshmellows in half and place in rows in bottom of dish, so tht you have a total of 12 marshmellows. pour remainging batter ontop and spread covering marshmellows.Marshmellows will pop to top,just mush down and cover.. Bake in 350 oven 20 mins or till cake tests done. cool on rack.

2You will be surprised to find there are no marshmellows in the cake,but a very moist and great texture cake. Icing not needed. Can top if disired with slice strawberry's or peaches.. You will be totally surprised at this cake and will want to share it with family and friends. they will never no that you had marshmellows in your cake
