    yellow cake mix
  • 2 c
    milk, cold
  • 1 3/4 c
    water
  • 2 pkg
    lemon pudding and pie filling
  • 1/3 c
    granulated sugar
  • 2 Tbsp
    powdered sugar
  • 1 pt
    raspberries

How to Make Warm Lemon Cake

Step-by-Step

  1. Preheat oven to 350. Prepare cake batter as the directions on the package.
  2. Pour into greased 13X9 inch baking pan.Set aside.`
  3. Pour milk & water into large bowl. Add dry pudding mixes & granulated sugar. Beat with wire whisk, 2 minutes or until well blended.
  4. Pour over cake batter. Place baking dish on baking sheet to catch any sauce that bubbles over.
  5. Bake 55 minutes to 1 hour, or until wooden toothpick comes out clean. Cool 20 minutes.
  6. Sprinkle with powdered sugar. Spoon into serving dishes. Serve warm with raspberries.
