1 pkg
yellow cake mix
2 c
milk, cold
1 3/4 c
water
2 pkg
lemon pudding and pie filling
1/3 c
granulated sugar
2 Tbsp
powdered sugar
1 pt
raspberries

How to Make Warm Lemon Cake

Step-by-Step

  • 1Preheat oven to 350. Prepare cake batter as the directions on the package.
  • 2Pour into greased 13X9 inch baking pan.Set aside.`
  • 3Pour milk & water into large bowl. Add dry pudding mixes & granulated sugar. Beat with wire whisk, 2 minutes or until well blended.
  • 4Pour over cake batter. Place baking dish on baking sheet to catch any sauce that bubbles over.
  • 5Bake 55 minutes to 1 hour, or until wooden toothpick comes out clean. Cool 20 minutes.
  • 6Sprinkle with powdered sugar. Spoon into serving dishes. Serve warm with raspberries.
