I just created this with stuff I had laying around in the kitchen.. And , Wow I just cant believe it is so tastey and worked out great..i love myslef today ON THAT BEING SAID IM CALLING IT WALLNUT GRAHM CRACKER OATMEAL BAR..

- 300 milliliters grahm cracker flour
- 250 milliliters oatmeal, uncooked
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 tablespoons vanilla extract
- 250 milliliters water
- 6 tablespoons butter, melted
- I JUSTCREATED THIS WITH STUFF I HAD LAYING AROUND IN THE KITCHEN.. AND , WOW I JUST CANT BELIEVE IT IS SO TASTEY AND WORKED OUT GREAT..I LOVE MYSLEF TODAY
- 1/2 cup pine nuts , or wall nuts mixed with almonds
- 2 packages instant breakfast smoothie mix

Step 1TAKE BOWL MEASURE OUT YOUR OATMEAL , GRAHM CRACKER FLOUR, SUGAR AND INSTANT BREAKFAST READY MADE DRINK MIX. MIX TOGETHER NICE BEFORE ADDING WET PRODUCTS..

Step 2TAKE YOUR2 EGGS , YOUR WATER , YOUR BUTTER AND SLOWLY HAND MIX WITH SISK NOT A BLENDER..

Step 3LINE YOUR BAKIENG DISH WITH BUTTER AND OR IF YOU WANT TOO USE ALUMINUM FOIL TOO LINE THE BAKEING PAN FIRST --ITS YOUR DICRETION..

Step 4AFTER PURING THE MIX IN THE PAN,,ADD SOME SUGAR ON TOP YOU CAN EVEN USE ICEING SUGAR AT THE END.. 10MIN BEFOR YOU TAKE OUT OF OVEN, THIS IS WHERE YOU ADD THE EXTRA SUGAR ON TOP ( SPRINKLED) AND OR ICEING SUGAR .. SERVE WITH ICE CREAM IF FOR DESERT OR ALONE AS A BREAKFAST STARTER .. HIGH IN VITAMINES ADN FIBER..
