This recipe was given to me from my ex mother in law. I was one of her favorites that she made for her kids and now I make it for mine...MM Good!! Best of all you can mix it right in the pan.

3 cups flour
2 cups sugar
2 teaspoons baking soda
1 teaspoon salt
6 tablespoons cocoa powder
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
2/3 cup oil
4 tablespoons vinegar
2 cups water

How To Make wacky cake

Step 1

Best of all,you can mix this right in the pan! Mix together,the first 5 ingredients right in 9x13 cake pan.

Step 2

Add vanilla,oil and vinegar. Stir and add water.
Step 3

Bake 350* for 35 minutes. Cool and frost if desired.
