a very moist cake, i have also played with recipe i had to modify it when i lived in Canada cause there flour is heavier so u need to use less flour. Also you can omit the chocolate powder and use cinnamon and chopped apples.

Ingredients For wacky cake

  • 3 c
    flour
  • 2 c
    sugar
  • 1 tsp
    baking soda
  • 1 tsp
    salt
  • 6 Tbsp
    coco powder
  • 2 Tbsp
    vanillla extract
  • 3/4 c
    vegtable oil
  • 2 c
    water
  • 2 tsp
    vanilla extract

How To Make wacky cake

    preheat oven to 350. grease a 9 by 13 in pan
  • 2
    mix ingredients in order you can use mixer or a spoon doesn't matter

    pour into pan bake for 40 to 45 minutes depending on oven.

    let it cool, you can eat this cake with or without frost.ing, my mom would just sprinkle powder sugar on it.... it is yummy cake enjoy
