wacky cake

My mom has been making this cake for over 50 years. It is a family favorite. I beleive the name comes due to original recipe you mix right in the same pan you are baking it in. Also that it has no eggs and is made with vinegar.

- 1 1/2 cups flour
- 1 cup sugar
- 4 tablespoons hershey's cocoa
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 6 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup cold water
How To Make wacky cake

Step 1In a bowl mix dry ingredients and then stir together wet ingredients and pour in a greased and floured 8 x 10 pan.

Step 2Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes
