My mom has been making this cake for over 50 years. It is a family favorite. I beleive the name comes due to original recipe you mix right in the same pan you are baking it in. Also that it has no eggs and is made with vinegar.

1 1/2 c

flour
1 c

sugar
4 Tbsp

hershey's cocoa
1 tsp

salt
1 tsp

baking soda
6 Tbsp

vegetable oil
1 Tbsp

apple cider vinegar
1 tsp

vanilla extract
1 c

cold water

How To Make wacky cake

In a bowl mix dry ingredients and then stir together wet ingredients and pour in a greased and floured 8 x 10 pan.

Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes
