wacky cake
One of my Mother's old recipies she gave me a few years ago. I was looking for something to bake when my husband was craving chocolate and found this in my saved recipies. It doesn't call for frosting so you can add your own. But this time I added the new "Cool Whip Chocolate Frosting". It turned out excellent!

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups flour
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 3 tablespoons cocoa, unsweetened
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup water
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 6 tablespoons oil
- 1 tablespoon white vinegar
How To Make wacky cake

Step 1Mix all ingredients in a large bowl. Pour into a lightly greased and floured 9 x 13 baking pan.

Step 2Bake at 350 degrees until done. I baked mine about 35 minutes. The recipe doesn't really say. I just watch it and check the middle, when it springs back or a tooth pick comes out clean.
