Super easy, super tasty chocolate cake. I top this with vanilla icing but chocolate would be good too. If, like me, you love chocolate you can add chocolate chips.

Ingredients

3 cups all purpose flour
1/2 cup cocoa powder
2 teaspoons baking soda
2 teaspoons vanilla
2 cups water
2 cups sugar
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon vinegar
2/3 cup veggie oil (canola works too)

How To Make wacky cake

Step 1

Mix all ingredients together at once.

Step 2

Put in UNGREASED 9 x 13 cake pan. It is very important that you don't grease the pan or the cake will not come out right.
Step 3

Bake at 350 degrees for 35 - 40 minutes or until you insert a toothpick in the middle and it comes out clean.
