lemon gelatin
3/4 c
cold water
3/4 c
1 tsp
lemon extract


2 c
confectioners' sugar
lemons, juice only

How to Make Very Moist Lemon Cake


  • 1Combine cake mix and gelatin, add cold water.
  • 2Add eggs one at a time.
  • 3Add oil and lemon extract.
  • 4Pour in lightly greased 9x13" pan.
  • 5Bake in a preheated 325 degree oven.
  • 6Bake for 30 minutes.
  • 7While cake is baking, mix glaze ingredients.
  • 8Pour over baked cake while hot from oven, after poking holes in cake.
