How to Make Very Moist Lemon Cake
- 1Combine cake mix and gelatin, add cold water.
- 2Add eggs one at a time.
- 3Add oil and lemon extract.
- 4Pour in lightly greased 9x13" pan.
- 5Bake in a preheated 325 degree oven.
- 6Bake for 30 minutes.
- 7While cake is baking, mix glaze ingredients.
- 8Pour over baked cake while hot from oven, after poking holes in cake.
