box vanilla waffers, crushed
1/2 c
7 oz
flaked coconut
1 1/2 c
chopped pecans
1 tsp
vanilla extract

How to Make Vanilla waffer cake


  • 1Cream margarine and sugar until smooth, add one egg at a time, beating after each one.
  • 2add vanilla waffers alternately with milk. add coconut and pecans
  • 3pour into a greased floured bunt or tube pan. bake at 275 degrees for 1-1/2 to 1-3/4 hours or untill light brown and cracked on top.
