Ingredients
- 1 cup margarine
- 2 cups sugar
- 6 medium egg
- 12 ounces box vanilla waffers, crushed
- 1/2 cup milk
- 7 ounces flaked coconut
- 1 1/2 cups chopped pecans
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
How To Make vanilla waffer cake

Step 1Cream margarine and sugar until smooth, add one egg at a time, beating after each one.

Step 2add vanilla waffers alternately with milk. add coconut and pecans

Step 3pour into a greased floured bunt or tube pan. bake at 275 degrees for 1-1/2 to 1-3/4 hours or untill light brown and cracked on top.
