Ingredients
- 1 cup coconut
- 1 cup sugar
- 3 cups vanilla wafer crumbs
- 1 stick butter, melted
- 3 - eggs
- 3/4 cup milk
- 1 cup pecans chopped
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- FROSTING
- 1 stick butter, melted
- 1/4 cup half and half
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 2 cups powered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
How To Make vanilla wafer cake

Step 1Combine all ingredients in large bowl. Pour into a 9 x 13 pan or Bundt Pan, greased. Bake for 35 to 45 minutes, until toothpick comes out clean.

Step 2Frosting - Cook first three ingredients in sauce pan for 5 minutes after coming to a boil. Remove from heat and add the 2 cups of powered sugar and teaspoon of vanilla. Mix well, spread or pour over the cake. Enjoy!
