1Combine all ingredients in large bowl. Pour into a 9 x 13 pan or Bundt Pan, greased. Bake for 35 to 45 minutes, until toothpick comes out clean.
2Frosting - Cook first three ingredients in sauce pan for 5 minutes after coming to a boil. Remove from heat and add the 2 cups of powered sugar and teaspoon of vanilla. Mix well, spread or pour over the cake. Enjoy!
