(12 oz) vanilla wafers
2 stick

1/2 c

nuts, chopped
1 c
coconut, flaked

How to Make Vanilla Wafer Cake


  • 1Preheat oven to 325 degrees F
  • 2In a mixing bowl - Grind vanilla wafers until they become crumb like consistency
  • 3In a seperate large mixing bowl with a electric mixer - Cream butter and sugar
  • 4Add 6 eggs; only 1 at a time; beating well after each addition
  • 5Add milk and vanilla wafer crumbs
  • 6Fold in nuts and coconut
  • 7Bake in well-greased and floured tube pan at 325 degrees F for 1 hour and 15 minutes
