Ingredients
- 1 box (12 oz) vanilla wafers
- 2 sticks butter
- 2 cups sugar
- 6 - eggs
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 cup nuts, chopped
- 1 cup coconut, flaked
How To Make vanilla wafer cake

Step 1Preheat oven to 325 degrees F

Step 2In a mixing bowl - Grind vanilla wafers until they become crumb like consistency

Step 3In a seperate large mixing bowl with a electric mixer - Cream butter and sugar

Step 4Add 6 eggs; only 1 at a time; beating well after each addition

Step 5Add milk and vanilla wafer crumbs

Step 6Fold in nuts and coconut

Step 7Bake in well-greased and floured tube pan at 325 degrees F for 1 hour and 15 minutes
