Ingredients
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 cup flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup packed light brown sugar
- 3 tablespoons cocoa powder
- 1/4 cup cocoa powder
- 1-1/4 cup boiling brewed strong coffee
How To Make upside-down brownie cake

Step 1Heat oven to 350. Spray a 9" x 9" baking pan w/ cooking spray. In lg bowl, cream together 3/4 cup sugar and butter. Beat in milk and vanilla.

Step 2In another bowl, sift together flour, baking powder and 3 tbsp cocoa powder. Add flour mix to butter mix and beat until combined. Spread batter in pan.

Step 3In medium bowl, combine 1/2 cup sugar, brown sugar and remaining cocoa powder. Sprinkle mix over batter. Pour coffee evenly over top. Bake 30 mins.
