I made this because I had tried to make some fried pies with a cream cheese filling and it didn't turn out, I didn't want to waste the filling so I used it to make this cake. It turned out real well.

confectioners' sugar
1 c
granulated sugar
8 oz
cream cheese
1 tsp
cinnamon
1 tsp
coconut flavoring
3 c
self rising flour

eggs
2 tsp
vanilla flavoring
1/2 can(s)
applesauce

How to Make Unbelieveabe Pound Cake

Step-by-Step

  • 1cream the cream cheese until smooth
  • 2add confectioners' sugar and mix well. add apple sauce and mix well.
  • 3add the cup of grandulated sugar and mix again. add cinnamon and flour 1 cup at a time. mix well after each cup. add eggs 1 at a time mixing some what after each. add the vanilla and cocoanut flavorings and mix until well blended. Pour in a greased and floured tube pan. bake at 350* for 1 hr or until tooth pick inserted comes out clean.
