I made this because I had tried to make some fried pies with a cream cheese filling and it didn't turn out, I didn't want to waste the filling so I used it to make this cake. It turned out real well.

  • 1 box
    confectioners' sugar
  • 1 c
    granulated sugar
  • 8 oz
    cream cheese
  • 1 tsp
  • 1 tsp
    coconut flavoring
  • 3 c
    self rising flour
  • 5
  • 2 tsp
    vanilla flavoring
  • 1/2 can(s)

How to Make Unbelieveabe Pound Cake


  1. cream the cream cheese until smooth
  2. add confectioners' sugar and mix well. add apple sauce and mix well.
  3. add the cup of grandulated sugar and mix again. add cinnamon and flour 1 cup at a time. mix well after each cup. add eggs 1 at a time mixing some what after each. add the vanilla and cocoanut flavorings and mix until well blended. Pour in a greased and floured tube pan. bake at 350* for 1 hr or until tooth pick inserted comes out clean.
