Ingredients

  • 1 lb
    box graham crackers (crushed)
  • 1 c
    candied cherries
  • 1 c
    candied mixed fruit
  • 4 c
    chopped walnuts
  • 3/4 c
    condensed milk
  • 1 lb
    marshmallows

How to Make Unbaked Fruit Cake

Step-by-Step

  1. heat milk in top of double boiler until a film shines over the top, add marshmallows and cook over boiling water. stirring until melted, mix in rest of ingredients.
  2. line pan(s) with Saran Wrap. press down with the hand to pack down solid.(when packing down dip hands in water so batter doesn't stick to your hands).
  3. use two small pans or your choice of pans
