Step 1IN A MEDIUM SAUCE PAN, MELT THE BUTTER, ADD THE SUGAR, AND COCOA, (TEMPER THE EGGS), THEN ADD THE EGGS TO THE BUTTER/SUGAR/COCOA MIXTURE...BRING UP TO BOILING, STIRRING CONSTANTLY...., THEN TURN STOVE DOWN TO "SIMMER" FOR 1 MINUTE...
