The yummiest chocolate cake!!!! And I had to include the recipe for chocolate icing #1 because that's what my Mom always used.

Ingredients

1/4 cup oil
1 1/4 cups water
1 package instant chocolate pudding
1 package devil's food cake mix
2 - eggs
6 ounces chocolate chips
CHOCOLATE ICING #1
6 tablespoons milk
1 stick butter
1 teaspoon vanilla
4 tablespoons cocoa powder
1 box powdered sugar
- chopped walnuts

How To Make ultimate chocolate lover's chocolate cake

Step 1

preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Step 2

pour oil into a 9 x 13 pan; tilt pan until bottom is covered with oil.
Step 3

Put remaining ingredients in pan; stir until blended.
Step 4

Scrape sides and spread batter evenly into pan.
Step 5

Bake 35-45 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
Step 6

For the icing: in saucepan, mix butter,milk, and cocoa. stir over low heat and bring to boil. Remove from heat and add powdered sugar and vanilla. Stir well, then add nuts.
