Ingredients
- 1 box yellow cake mix
- 15 ounces can of fruit cocktail in heavy syrup
- 2 - eggs
- 1 cup coconut
- 1/2 cup brown sugar, packed
How To Make ugly duckling cake

Step 1Blend together, cake mix, fruit cocktail, eggs, and coconut. Beat 2 minutes. Pour in a greased 13x9x2-inch pan. Top with crumbled brown sugar over cake mix. Bake at 325 for 45 minutes. Remove from oven and poke holes in cake and top with topping.

Step 2Topping: 1 stick of butter 1/2 c sugar 1 can evaporated milk 1 c coconut Combine all ingredients except coconut and heat until boiling, stirring occasionally. Boil 2 minutes. Remove saucepan from bunner. Stir in remaining 1 cup of coconut. Spoon mixture over done cake. Enjoy!
