1preheat oven to 325. grease and flour 9x13 inch pan.
2In mixer bowl, combine cake mix, fruit cocktail, eggs, oil, 1 cup of coconut and pudding. Beat well with mixer for 4 minutes and pour into prepared pan. Mix together pecans and brown sugar and sprinkle over batter.
3Bake in 325 degree oven for 45 minutes. While cake is baking, combine butter, sugar and evaporated milk in small pan. Cook until boiling and boil for 2 minutes. Remove from heat and add remaining 1 1/3 cup coconut.
4Remove cake from oven and spoon mixture over hot cake. Allow cake to cool some before serving. Cake can be served warm or cold.
